My Calendar Isn't Syncing Correctly in Student Success/
If this message pops up:
- Send a ticket to [email protected]. That’s a Microsoft thing and less of an EAB thing. Their app needs tenant consent for the permissions it uses.
The error/pop-up window that is appearing for Laura is a Microsoft/Azure permissions issue, and unfortunately not solvable on Navigate360's end, so I would recommend reaching out to the email administrator at Colorado State University for assistance!
Additionally, I want to note that the email on the attached photo does appear slightly different from the email on the Navigate Staff site.
