Issue: appointment reminders not being forwarded to a student's personal Gmail account.
This has to do with how DMARC rules are set up. Basically, we can't guarantee email from external vendors arrives DIRECTLY to gmail, when it's not landing in a CSU email box first. Because EAB Navigate isn't CSU, so they don't have the full set of DMARC.
That explains why, but not what to do about it.
Advice for the student - access your CSU email address using gmail, or set up forwarding as a RULE in office.com instead of using other methods of forwarding messages.

Otherwise, it's a technical dive to work with DoIT to see what they have for settings and EAB to see what settings they have.
