1.
- email the issue to the ATD ticket email, atpd@csucollaborative.freshservice.com
- you will be the requester of the ticket
- go ahead and change select the "edit" button (upper right on my screen) and change the requester to the client (in this case Tonja)
- then reply to the ticket so the client receives the email and their response does not generate a new ticket
2.
- create a new ticket through Freshservice by selecting the plus button (upper right of my screen, screenshot pasted in this email)
- assign the client as the "requester"
- enter issue in the description area
- select the 'reply' button to update client about the ticket
