In order to make sure we have things configured correctly to read the appropriate number of digits from the Student's ID card, I'll need you to take one of their IDs and swipe it while you have Word or some other text editor document open and then send me that output along with what that Student's ID number. I can then proceed accordingly with verifying the configuration.
