- Reporting / Analytics button
- open an archived report with similar filters
- click "Clone Report" dropdown
- save report with unique name
- update report filters
- Report Filters
- Date Range
- "Last Updated Date" "between [X DATE - X DATE]
- click "Apply"
- Export report
- Save report in email
- open the report in Excel
- add a title and date to the report at the top of the CSV file
- add filters to the file (Data - Filter) in menu of Excel
- Make a screenshot of the Bubble Chart (in FreshService) and add it as a separate sheet (tab) in the Excel file
- Save file and upload to folder titled with dates in ATD Sharepoint
- ATD reports on Help Desk go in this folder, https://colostate.sharepoint.com/:f:/s/Advising_Training_and_Professional_Development-Report/EuwSArlcI2tDr26m3qZP3f8BARJxZe2PsIwSXTEekuGvXA?e=0IF7Rv
