How to make tags and add them to tickets

  • so in any ticket if you go at thend of ticket properties

  • and write any word in the tag section

   

  • it will create a tag of the word

   

  • and it can be used on any other tickets


Apply tag to ticket:

  • click on the "Tags" cell
  • select the tag to apply


Run a Report of tickets with that tag
