Current rate (FY26) is $364.62 per FTE and associate. FY27 hasn't been announced yet.

Billing Model
The current annual network charge is $364.62 per FTE and per associate.
Billing is based on September census data. Each year a new census report will be generated and then charged atthe end of September, which is the cost for the entire year.
Units will be billed based on the number of FTE employees in the unit and the count of associates sponsored bythe unit.
Staff
The staff count is based on FTE employees.
Includes: faculty (AF), administrative professional (AP), state classifi ed, temporary appointments(AFAP)
Excludes: student hourly, non-student hourly, graduate assistants
Example: If an employee is in a half-time position, they would count as 0.5 FTE and the unit would bebilled half of the annual per FTE charge ($364.62 * 0.5 FTE = $182.31).
Associate Accounts
Each associate account incurs the full annual network charge, currently $364.62.
