Hi All!

 

If you have not setup a digital signature in Adobe, we suggest that you visit the Adobe help website at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/digital-ids.html.  Please note that you will need to have at the very least Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

 

Should you come across a form requiring your signature, but doesn’t contain a digital signature box to click.  Please follow the instructions below.

Using the Tools | Fill & Sign | Comment bar along the top right of the document, as shown below, select the Fill & Sign tool,

 

 

A drop down menu will appear.  In the menu, you should select the Place Signature option.

 


 

Once you select “Place Signature,” a dialogue box will appear for you to drag the new signature rectangle to where you need to sign. 

 

After you drag the rectangle above the signature line (see the picture below where I dragged it over a signed name), then it will prompt you to complete your digital i.d. (the Sign Document dialogue box appears and it should have your information already in the box and you should only need to fill in the password).
