• Printers are automatically mapped based on domain policy for anyone logging into a computer on the domain in a non-exempt location with a colostate account
  • If not using a colostate account, or printers aren't showing up, printers can still be mapped manually using windows file explorer.  You must be on the CSU wired or wireless network, or using http://gateway.colostate.edu to be able to connect to the print server.

    • \\achieveprin.casa.colostate.edu
      • Double-click a printer to add it
      • It can take a really long time 60 seconds plus for it to respond once you double click
    • Use Windows explorer and it should prompt for credentials
    • If it doesn't, and says access denied, use credential manager to add the user's colostate credentials
  • There is also a 'reset printers' script on \\casafile2.casa.colostate.edu\installation\Current_Installs\Fix-it scripts (printing, windows update)

If the printer still won't map, it's a permissions issue and the username and domain or computer should be noted and send to stuach_help_desk@mail.colostate.edu
